cuban bar

Yes, I know its been a while, though I didnt have the energy to write. Dont know why, as there is no particular reason for it.

Yesterday it was a Monday, and first day of a working week. I met a friend in town for dinner, it was nice, and then the fog started to set in around 6pm. It was sooo "errie" it was really like a movie scene, and i fully expected to see "lights, camera, action" .. it was definetly that type of mysterious feeling. Thankfully Nasfim was kind enough to drive me back home after dinner. So I reach home at 8.30pm, and thinking that i can snuggle up infront of the tv, with hot chocolate, i enter my house. Shoot, I remember, I had promised my 2 housemates (Minaz and Anna) go to a "cuban" bar with them, this particular day. 9.30pm, it was decided, that we would go, ... so the 3 of us (also picking up another friend (Jo) end up at the cuban bar around 10pm. It was quiet, and then around 11pm, that was it, it became crowded, and the fun started.

I am soooooooooo glad i went. I had such a great time, and the four of us really had a good time, even when it finished at 2am, i was not even tired ... lol ... though my 2 housmates were drunk. Jo and I stayed at the bar most of the night, chatting, and also (more her than me) tried to get rid of 'admirers' (that had to be seen!) .. my 2 housemates, having calmed their nerves, lol, hit the dance floor! - I would have done too, but i decided that next time i would (i think this may end up being a monday ritual :S) - and there's me thinking my dancing days were behind me ;) ....

... if you ever come this way on a Monday, I will definetly show you this place, its a great atmospher, and the salsa type music, latin, spanish, and even indian mixed, was great ... and some of the dancing "wow!" - very european mix and cultural people ... maybe thats why i had such a good time.

Tonight ... tired! lol - soo off to bed. :)
